James Tabor & Kelly Coccio joined brain forces for good, not evil, to write and produce satirical comedies to distract you from everyday life. Brought to life by its 2020 namesake stage show full of talented comedians, friends & writers; Since, Kelly & James have continued to take the same wild comedy from stage to screen. (They also got married!)

James was born in Washington, D.C., then moved to San Jose, CA, and eventually landed in Coppell, TX. He went to college at the University of Rhode Island, and shortly after graduating he moved to Los Angeles, CA where he studied Acting and Improv at Upright Citizens Brigade as well as The Groundlings. Upon settling back in Rhode Island in 2018, James joined The Bit Players in Newport for 5 years of weekly improv performances. He became the artistic director of the group in 2023 before stepping away to focus more on film.

Kelly a born & raised Rhode Islander, moved to LA with James post URI graduation; where she started her 10,000 hours watching and writing comedy. (watching James, mostly). When they returned to RI, she rose the ranks as a Communications Officer in state government, but much preferred writing for comedy and the arts, so that’s what she decided to do. In addition to being an artist, Kelly runs a used clothes store online which conveniently provides some of the costumes for our films.

Together they bring to life wild tales that could exist only in the world they have created; and that is an Are We Happy Yet Production!
